News circling the industry is that Abhishek Bachchan will soon be seen in the remake of Illayathalapathy Vijay starrer hit movie Ghilli. The movie will be directed by Prabhu Deva with Abhishek in the lead role. It was heard that the Prabhu Deva met Abhishek and narrated the story to him and the latter liked it. It is also said that the shooting of the movie will begin in mid January 2010.
At present, Prabhu Deva is working on a film with Jayam Ravi in Tamil and is on a lookout for a face for the actress in the lead role. A fresh face is expected to be seen for Abhishek's pair in Ghilli too.
Abhishek is currently completing Mani Ratnam's flick Ravana and is busy with premiere of home production Paa starring him with father Amitabh Bachchan.
