First look of Abhishek’s Khelenge Hum Jee Jaan Se

So finally the first look of Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se is in front of everybody’s eyes. The movie stars Abhishek Bachchan who has been waiting anxiously for the release of this movie, especially after the actor’s much hyped “Raavan” (starring Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and others) proved to be a disaster at the box office.


The star cast of Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se include Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. Even Deepika has got high hopes from the movie because the recent movie of Ms Padukone, Lafangey Parindey with Neil Nitin Mukesh, remained a failure. Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se has been directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, the movie is actually based on Manini Chatterjee's book Do and Die. The flick is being called a period thriller and was shot in Goa. The lyrics of the movie are written by Javed Akhtar.

Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of a freedom fighter Masterda Surya Sen in Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Se. He is the man who with the help of only 65 men wins a battle against the strong and powerful British army in Chittagong. On the other hand Deepika Padukone is playing the character of a Bengali woman who is called Kalpana Datta. Kalpana is against all odds and she is a different kind of girl. The girl participates in the freedom movement.
