Abhishek ignorant about Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey’s main plot

Recently Abhishek Bachchan has confessed that he was ignorant of a very important incident that is directly related to his upcoming flick “Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey”. Here, the actor referred to the incident related to the Chittagong uprising. This uprising forms the main plot of the movie.


Abhishek Bachchan said that when Ashutosh Gowarikar approached him for this movie, he was not aware about this significant political as well as historical incident. This uprising has got its own value in the freedom struggle of India. In the movie “Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey”, Abhishek Bachchan is playing the role of a freedom fighter – Surya Sen. Deepika Padukone stars opposite Abhishek in this movie. Abhishek had earlier said that he always wanted to play the role of a freedom fighter.
