Abhi in Piggy Chops shoes

It was reported that actor Abhishek Bachchan was in Italy to attend the Milan Fashion Week. Abhishek as revealed was the most honourable guest of the Ferregamos, and occupied the front row at the Salvatore Ferragamo Autumn Winter 2011 men's collection fashion show.


It is also heard that the luxury brand is keen on presenting its association with Bollywood, and hosted Abhishek Bachchan for its 'Shoes for a Star' project. While Abhishek Bachchan is the first Indian film star to have hand-made shoes tailor-made for him by the Italian luxury brand. It was said that actress Priyanka Chopra was the first Bollywood celebrity for their 'Shoes for a Star' project in 2009. However, Abhishek had the privilege of having a welcome lunch with the Ferragamos and was also taken for a personal tour around the Salvatore Ferragamo Museum.
